About me

I am a reporter covering rural communities for the Daily Yonder and a freelance environmental journalist. My work has been published widely in publications including Grist, Inside Climate News, High Country News, Ambrook Research, Oregon Capital Chronicle, the Nevada Independent, Native News Online, and more.

I have a master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Nevada-Reno. Currently, I live in Portland, Oregon.
